Just wanted to let everyone know that I’m taking a short hiatus from blogging to be admitted to a wellness center for four weeks.

It’s kind of like boot camp for people with Bipolar. I’ll let you all know about it after I return and can give you my report.

I’m looking forward to being about to focus on myself and learn permanent coping techniques dealing with my illness. I’ll also learn how to control my emotional over eating and other OCD tendencies.

I can’t wait to get there and get started. I’m looking forward to the rest and relaxation and focusing on me and my mental and emotional and physical health needs.

Anyone who has experienced such a treatment center, I’d love to hear from you.

Behave yourself and take care of yourself. I’ll be back soon.
