Bipolar and “The Change of Life” – bphope

When I saw my doctor last week and discussed my options, and further asked her about managing it along with bipolar, she didn't really have much to say, save for the regular hormone-replacement therapy. …. more time to get things done, not scheduling too many things into my day, allowing myself to do something nice for myself each day, sharing my struggles and laughing with a “menopausal” friend, and trying to walk or do something for exercise every day.
